Concepts The

We have been operating out of Satyam Apartments for a good while now. Our place is Unit 102 on Plot No 55. If you are coming down Canal Road, you will find us right near the Nabab Kuwan in the Gokul Peth area. It is a busy part of the city, and the sounds of the street are pretty much the soundtrack to our day. The apartment itself is a bit older, which gives it some character, though the elevator can be a bit temperamental sometimes. Most of us just take the stairs anyway. Inside, it’s a pretty simple setup. We have desks pushed against the walls and a lot of shelving for all the files and supplies that seem to accumulate. It’s not one of those polished, glass-walled offices you see in the fancy parts of town. We’ve got some mismatched chairs and a tea kettle that’s always on the go. Concepts The is just a small operation, and this space fits us. Sometimes the neighbors in the other apartments come by to borrow something or just to say hello. It feels more like a community than a business hub. Gokul Peth has a lot of energy, and we like being in the thick of it. There’s always someone moving around outside, and the well nearby is a bit of a local landmark. We just keep our heads down and get the work done in our little corner of Plot 55. It’s practical and it works for us.
