Choice Hair Salon

Choice Hair Salon is right on Bus Stand Road in Ganesh Peth. If you know where Softlink is, we are just near there. It’s a busy part of Nagpur, so there’s always something happening outside the door. Our shop is just a basic hair salon. We have the usual barber chairs and big mirrors on the walls. It’s not a place where you come for luxury, just a place to get a haircut or a shave. We’ve been in this spot for a long time. The walls could probably use a new coat of paint, but they’ve seen a lot of stories over the years. The floor gets covered in hair pretty fast, so someone is always sweeping it up. We open early because of the bus stand nearby. Sometimes people traveling stop in for a quick trim before they catch their bus. It’s a small space, so it can get a bit cramped when three or four people are waiting. We have a small radio that plays the local stations while we work. The lighting is okay, nothing special, just enough to see what we’re doing. Most of the guys around Ganesh Peth come here because it’s convenient and they know us. We don’t do anything complicated. Just scissors, clippers, and some shaving cream. It’s a noisy, friendly place where everyone seems to know each other. You can hear the buses honking all day long, but you get used to it after a while.
