We are located at Plot No 554/31 in Utkarsha Nagar, right near Katol Road. Most people know the area because it’s a bit of a hub for people traveling through Nagpur. Nitin Sachdeva runs things here at Cater Bycar Private Limited. It’s not a huge office or anything fancy, just a practical space where we get the work done every day. In the mornings, the street outside gets pretty busy with people heading to work. We spend a lot of time sorting out the logistics of getting food from our kitchen to wherever it needs to go. Sometimes the traffic on Katol Road makes things a bit slow, but we’ve learned the shortcuts over the years. We started this because there was a need for straightforward food options around here. We aren't trying to be some giant corporation with polished brochures. Most of our days are spent checking lists, talking to suppliers, and making sure the containers are packed right. The weather gets really hot in this part of Nagpur, so we try to get the heavy lifting done early in the day. It’s a lot of manual work, honestly. We have a few staff members who have been with us since we set up in Utkarsha Nagar. Everyone just chips in where they are needed. Sometimes that means Nitin is out there helping with the loading too. It’s just how we operate. We keep things simple and try to stay organized despite the usual chaos of a catering business.
