Anshuman Mens Parlour

Anshuman Mens Parlour is tucked away in the Unnati Complex here in Nagpur. It is pretty easy to find since we are right opposite the Balaji Mandir. We have been here for a good few years now, just doing regular hair cutting and shaving for the men in this area. It’s a straightforward shop, nothing too flashy or decorative on the walls. We have three chairs and usually two of us working most days. We don’t take appointments or anything, you just show up and if there is a seat, you get your turn. If not, you wait a bit. We get a lot of older men from the neighborhood who like to chat while they get their beard trimmed. The lighting is okay, and we keep the mirrors clean. We use basic products that work fine. Sometimes the traffic outside near the temple gets a bit loud, but inside it is mostly just the sound of clippers and the radio. We don’t have a big sign out front, just the name on the glass. We try to keep the floor swept between customers because hair gets everywhere fast. It’s just a normal place for a normal haircut. We aren't trying to change the world, just trying to make sure you look decent when you leave. People seem to like that we don't rush through the job even when there’s a line waiting.
