Amarleela Agro Private Limited is right in the heart of Nagpur in the Anaj Bazar area of Itwari. If you look for Pole Number I/103B, that’s where you will find us. Being in the grain market means it is loud and busy from very early in the morning, often before the sun is even up. There are always people shouting, trucks reversing, and the smell of various grains and spices in the air. Our office is small and usually crowded with sacks of samples and piles of ledgers. It gets incredibly hot in Nagpur during the summer, so those months are tough for us in the market. We spend a lot of time negotiating and checking the quality of what comes in from the farmers. It’s a fast-paced environment and you really have to be quick on your feet to keep up. We aren't a corporate office with a fancy lobby; you just walk in right from the street. The floor is usually covered in a bit of grain dust or mud if it's raining outside. We’ve been part of the Itwari market for a while now, and we know most of the other traders around here. Sometimes we grab a quick snack from the street vendors when we are too busy to go home for lunch. It’s a lot of manual labor and constant talking on the phone with buyers from all over. We don't have a mission statement or anything like that. We just buy and sell and try to keep things running properly.
