Aditi Masale is located at Plot No. 6 in Anand Nagar, right in the heart of Bijli Colony. We are quite close to Matra Bhumi Chowk, which is a landmark most people in this part of town know well. Running a spice business means our small place usually smells like whatever we are grinding or packing that morning. It can be quite strong sometimes, especially when the chilies are being handled. We started this because there was a need for local spices that weren't sitting on a supermarket shelf for months. The neighbors often drop by just to see what's fresh. We don't have a big corporate team or anything. It's just us doing the work, making sure the bags are filled and the labels are put on. It isn't always perfect, and some days are much busier than others, but we keep at it. The machinery we use is old but reliable, and it makes a bit of noise throughout the day. People around here know us as the place to go when they want something specific for their cooking. We don't spend money on fancy flyers or big signs. Most of our visitors come because they live nearby or heard about us from their family. We just focus on getting the grinding done and making sure we don't run out of stock when the local festivals come around. It’s hard work, but it feels right to be part of the community here.
