Jinnovation Private Limited

We set up Jinnovation Private Limited right here in Nadia, over at Block A Phase-III in Kalyani. It’s a quiet spot, but it works for us. Most of the people working here are locals who grew up in West Bengal. We mostly deal with tech stuff, trying to figure out new ways to do things without making it too complicated. It’s not a huge fancy office or anything, just a desk-and-chair setup where we get our work done every day. Sometimes the internet acts up, but we manage. We aren’t trying to be some giant global firm, just a small team doing what we know. People around Kalyani probably know the area well, it's easy to find if you're coming from the main road. We’ve been here for a bit now, just focusing on the projects we have on our plate. It gets pretty hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fans going full blast. We don't really do big meetings or anything, just sit around and talk through what needs to be fixed. It's a simple way to run a business, but it keeps things moving. If someone stops by, they’ll see we’re usually deep in some code or paperwork. There isn't much to say other than we like working here and we try to keep things honest. It's just a regular office life for us in Nadia, nothing too flashy. We try to keep things straightforward and avoid all that corporate talk because it doesn't really fit who we are.
