Digital Infotech

Our office is in the Datta Complex, which is right at the Simurali Railway Station in the Simurali Bazar area. Being right by the station means we hear the trains coming and going all day. It’s a busy little hub where people are always rushing to catch their ride. We focus on tech stuff, mostly helping people with digital needs or computer issues. The space is filled with screens, cables, and various pieces of hardware waiting to be looked at. It’s not the most organized place in the world—there are usually a few half-finished projects on the benches. We get people from around Simurali who bring in their laptops or ask for help with some paperwork they need to do online. We have a few computers set up for use, and there’s usually someone sitting there working on something. The Bazar outside is always noisy with vendors and commuters, so there is plenty of energy around the complex. We aren't a big company with a help desk; it’s just us sitting here fixing things and trying to figure out technical glitches. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power flickers, but we just deal with it. It’s a small, local tech shop that serves the people who live and work near the station. We keep it simple and just do what needs to be done each day. It’s been this way since we moved into the Datta Complex and we just keep at it.
