We are based over at 197 D.L. Roy Road in Krishnagar, which is right in the Bowbazar area of Nadia. It’s a pretty busy spot most days with people moving about and the usual street noise coming through the front. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing with technology and info services. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and computers and a lot of wires tucked away under the tables. Most mornings start with a quick tea from the stall around the corner before we get into the work. Sometimes the internet acts up or the power goes out, but that is just how things are around here in Nadia. We try to keep things simple. There are a few of us here every day, sitting and typing away or talking about how to fix a problem for someone. It gets a bit hot in the afternoons, especially in the summer months, so we keep the fans going at full speed. People from the neighborhood sometimes pop their heads in to say hello. It’s a local operation, nothing like those giant offices you see in the big cities. We just focus on what’s in front of us and try to get through the list of tasks by the end of the day. It’s honest work and we like being part of the community here. If you walk down the road, you can't really miss us near the main crossing.
