Brushcolorwater Web Solutions Private Limited is based out of Gopinathpur, specifically in the Sagarbhanga Anath Niloy area. It’s a bit of a unique name for a company, we know. People often ask us about it, but there isn't some deep story; we just liked how it sounded. Our day-to-day is mostly focused on web solutions, which keeps us pretty busy. The office is a relaxed place. We don't have a dress code, and there’s usually some music playing in the background while we work. Gopinathpur is a nice place to be, away from the extreme noise of the biggest cities, but still busy enough. We spend a lot of our time looking at layouts and colors—hence the name, I guess—and making sure everything on the internet works like it should. We’re not a huge operation with a bunch of departments. It’s just a few of us who know how to build things online. We have our fair share of disagreements about designs or code, but we always figure it out over lunch. We don’t really go in for those corporate retreats or motivational speeches. We just like to sit down, do our work, and see the results. It’s a practical way to run a business, and it keeps things honest.
