We are situated at No.2996/1 on the 7th Cross, just off Kalidasa Road. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite the Lakshmi Narashima Swamy Temple in V V Mohalla. It’s a nice area with a lot of trees and old houses. My day starts with opening the shutters and maybe getting a coffee from nearby. We handle all sorts of travel arrangements here, from train tickets to bus bookings and some bigger tours as well. It’s not a very big office, just enough space for us to work on the computers and talk to whoever walks in. People come in mostly asking for help with their itineraries because the internet can be a bit confusing with too many options. We just sit down and figure out what works for their schedule and budget. There are times when the temple across the street is very crowded and the road gets full, but we don't mind the noise. It feels like being part of the community. We don’t use any fancy sales talk because people around here just want honest information. If a flight is too expensive or a route is too long, we just say so. It’s about being straightforward and helping people get their travel plans sorted without a lot of headache. We’ve been here a good while and most of our neighbors know what we do.
