Our office is at number 576 on Dewans Road. It’s in the Lakshmipuram area of Mysore. If you know where the Jain Bhavan Choultry is, we are right across from it. We are also next to Urs Car, which is a big help when people ask for directions. Mysore 570004 is our pin code. The street can get a bit crowded during wedding season because of the choultry, but we like the energy. Inside, the space is simple. We have a few computers and some brochures lying around that have seen better days. My cousin helps out with the bookings sometimes. We deal with international trips and local ones too. People stop in after seeing the sign while they are heading elsewhere. We spend a lot of time on the phone with airlines or checking bus timings. It’s not a corporate setup at all. There’s usually someone drinking coffee and talking about the traffic. We’ve seen the neighborhood change over the years. Some of our customers have been coming here since they were kids. It’s just a regular local travel shop. We don’t do big ads. Mostly, it’s just people walking in from the street or calling because a friend told them we were here. We try to keep things organized but sometimes the desk gets buried under maps and receipts. We just take it one day at a time here in Lakshmipuram. It isn't anything fancy but it gets the job done.
