It’s a busy area with a lot of students and families around. We’ve been running the business from this location for some time now. Our office is pretty basic. We have some maps on the wall and a couple of desks where we handle all the bookings. We do local trips and some longer journeys too. It’s just us working through the day, answering calls and writing down schedules. We don't use any fancy systems, just the usual way of doing things that has worked for years.
