Infinit Holidays

Our office is on the Bangalore-Nilgiri Road, at number 2724/C. It’s a busy stretch of road. We started Infinit Holidays because we liked traveling ourselves. Now we spend most of our time on the phone or computer helping other people go places. We deal with bus tickets, train bookings, and sometimes bigger trips. It’s a small office with just a few desks and a lot of maps on the wall. Sometimes the internet goes down and we have to wait, which is frustrating when someone is standing right there. We aren't a huge travel agency with fancy brochures. Most of our folders are a bit worn out from people looking through them. We try to find the routes that make sense. It’s not always about the cheapest, but what actually works for a family. We hear a lot of stories from people coming back from their breaks. Some had a great time, some had issues with their hotels. We listen to all of it so we know what to tell the next person. The traffic outside on the Nilgiri road is constant. We sit here and plan escapes for others while we stay put. It’s an okay way to make a living. We don't have a big team, just a couple of us who know the roads and the timings. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing all morning, and other days it is very quiet.
