You can find us right across from the bus stand on BN Road. It's No. 1, so it’s pretty easy to spot if you’re looking. Being right by the station means it's always noisy and crowded, but that’s helpful for what we do. People are always coming and going, looking for ways to get from one place to another. We spend most of our time booking tickets and sorting out travel plans for people in the area. It can get a bit chaotic when the buses are late or when everyone wants to leave at the same time. Our office is a small space, usually filled with stacks of paperwork and the sound of the phone ringing. We’ve been at this spot for a bit, so we know the local routes pretty well. It's not the most relaxing job, but we enjoy helping people figure out their trips. Sometimes we have to explain things twice because of all the noise from the street. We don't have a big waiting room or anything, just a few chairs for whoever is next in line. It’s a practical setup. We handle the bookings and the logistics so you don't have to worry about it as much. BN Road is a busy place, but it keeps us on our toes. We’re usually here early in the morning before the first buses start rolling out.
