Our business is located at Shop No. 1950 on Kotwal Ramaiah Street. If you know where the Rajkamal Theatre is in Devaraja Mohalla, then you’re almost at our doorstep. It’s a lively neighborhood with plenty going on. We’ve been operating out of this shop for quite some time now. We aren't a giant corporation; we’re just a local outfit trying to do a good job. We handle various tasks, mostly focused on getting people the transport or services they need. Our office is a bit small, and it can get crowded when several people come in at once, but we make it work. We don't believe in making things harder than they have to be. We just listen to what’s needed and try to find a solution that fits. It’s a lot of manual work, checking logs and making sure everything is on schedule. We like being in this part of Mysore. You meet all kinds of people here. Some are just passing through, while others have lived here their whole lives like us. We don't have any flashy advertisements. Most of our customers come by word of mouth or because they saw our shop while going to the theater. It’s a simple, honest way to earn a living, and we’re happy to be here on Kotwal Ramaiah Street. We just do what we do.
