Shri Hansaa Travels (Mysore Branch)

Our Mysore branch for Shri Hansaa Travels is situated at 2793/1 K-18 on Basaveshwara Road. We are on the 15th Cross in Chamundipuram, right behind Akkammani Hospital. It’s a busy little area and we’ve been here at 570004 for a while now. The office is a practical space where we manage our travel services. We aren't into big decorations or anything like that. We have our computers and our phones, and that’s about it. Most of the day is spent talking to people about their travel plans and making sure our drivers know where they are going. Being behind the hospital means it’s easy for people to give directions to our place. We don't have a corporate handbook or anything. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually they are. Sometimes we make mistakes with the spelling on a form or something, but we fix it fast. We aren't trying to be perfect, just useful. Chamundipuram is a good spot because it feels connected to the rest of the city. We enjoy the daily routine of opening up, having a tea, and seeing who comes in. We don't use any high-pressure tactics. If someone wants a booking, they get one. If not, they just have a chat and go. It’s a very straightforward way of doing business and it works for us.
