You can find us at No. G5 in the Chandragiri Arcade. We are on KR Hospital Road, which is a very busy part of Mysore. Being near Ashoka Road makes it easy for folk to stop by while they are out doing their shopping. We mostly spend our days doing ticket bookings. Computers can be a real headache for some people, so they come to us to handle the online stuff for them. It is a small shop and I usually have the fan on high because it gets stuffy in the afternoons. I have a couple of chairs for people to sit on while they wait. We don't do much in the way of advertising. Most of our customers are regulars who have been coming to us for years. I spend a lot of time staring at the screen, looking for bus seats or train berths. Sometimes the railway site is slow and we just have to wait and try again. It is a straightforward job but it keeps me busy from morning till night. The area around 570001 is always loud with horns and people, but I like the energy of it. We just try to get the names and dates right so there are no problems at the station. It is not a fancy corporate setup, just a local spot for people to get their travel sorted out without any fuss.
