Quality Holidays And Travels has its office on the second floor of a building on M G Road. We’re located in Chamarajapuram, right near the RTO, which is a place most people in Mysore know well. The office is a straightforward place where we handle all our paperwork and take calls from people looking for travel help. We don't have a big fancy sign or a lobby with coffee. It’s just where we work and keep the business going. We’ve been around for a while now, and we’ve learned that the most important thing is just being honest about what we can do. We manage a small fleet of vehicles and spend a lot of time making sure they are ready for whatever trip comes up next. Whether it’s a quick trip to the airport or a longer tour of the hills, we just take it one booking at a time. The area around M G Road can get quite noisy, but we’ve gotten used to the sound of the city. We don't use any pre-written scripts when we talk to customers. We just have a conversation and figure out the details. It’s practical, everyday work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the fact that we’re a local business and that we know the people who live in this neighborhood. It’s a good way to make a living and stay connected to our city and its people.
