Pro _Hr

Pro _Hr is based in Mysore, specifically at 194 in the EWS 1st Stage of Kuvempunagar. It’s a pretty well-known part of the city, and we’ve been here for a while. Mysore has a different energy than some of the bigger cities like Bangalore, and we try to reflect that in how we work. We handle human resources tasks for a variety of local businesses. This means a lot of our time is spent dealing with the small details that keep a company running smoothly, like payroll questions or hiring new staff. Our office in Kuvempunagar is a simple setup. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy speeches for us. We just handle the work as it comes in. Most of the people who come to us are local business owners who need an extra hand with their staff management. We sit down with them, listen to what’s going on, and try to offer some practical solutions. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we have to work through some tricky situations, but we just keep at it. Being in the EWS 1st Stage area makes us feel like part of the local community here. We see the same faces every day and we like that. It’s just us, doing HR work in a way that makes sense for the people around us.
