Mysore is a lot slower than Bangalore, and we like it that way. Our office for Foundation Systems Staffing is located at 1/1-A on the 6th Cross in Km Halli, Udayagiri. It’s a quiet part of town, 570019. We don't have a big sign out front or anything like that. It’s just a place where we sit down and handle the staffing side of things. Most of us have lived in Mysore our whole lives, so we know the area well. The office is pretty basic—just some desks, a few cupboards for files, and a water cooler that makes a loud noise every ten minutes. We don’t have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy words for us. We just handle the calls and try to help people find work. Sometimes it’s busy, and other days we just sit and talk about the local news. Udayagiri has its own charm, with small shops and neighbors who actually say hello. We don't have any grand visions or missions. We just want to make sure the work gets done right and that we can go home on time. It’s a small operation, really.
