This branch of Hcl Bpo Services, Chennai is actually located in Mysore, specifically in Vijayanagar 2nd Stage. It’s a bit confusing with the name, but we are definitely here in Mysore. The office is in a pretty busy part of the 2nd Stage. It’s a large enough space for us to get our work done without bumping into each other too much. We do a lot of back-office stuff here. There’s always the sound of typing and people chatting about technical issues. We don't have any of those flashy office perks you see on TV. It’s just rows of desks, some pretty average computers, and a small break room where the fridge is always a bit too full. Most of us live nearby in Mysore, so the commute isn't too bad, which is nice. We spend a lot of time on calls or staring at data on our screens. It’s a lot of focus and keeping things moving for the main operations. The area around Vijayanagar 2nd Stage has changed a lot since we first got here, with more shops and places to eat popping up. We usually just stick to our routine though. We come in, do the hours, and head home. It’s a steady kind of place. We don't really do much in terms of self-promotion; we just let the work speak for itself.
