We are over at 630/Z on 5th Cross in Kuvempunagar. It’s a busy spot but we like it here. People mostly come to us when they need help with hiring or finding work around the area. We started Hr4U Consulting Inc because we saw how messy the job market was getting. It's not fancy, just a desk and some phones. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who need a change in their career. Sometimes it gets loud when the traffic picks up on Anikethana Road, but we manage. We aren't a big corporate office with glass walls. It's just us trying to make sense of resumes and job descriptions for local businesses. Most days we are just going through files. If you walk past the shop, you might see us drinking tea and looking at spreadsheets. It's a lot of matching people to the right spots. We don't use those big fancy computer systems for everything; we still like to talk to people face to face when we can. It’s just how things work in this part of town. We’ve been at this address for a while now and most of the neighbors know us. It’s practical work. We handle the paperwork that most people hate doing. It's not glamorous, but someone has to keep track of who is hiring where. We just try to be helpful and keep things moving for everyone.
