Prem Travel Agency is located at No 7803 in the 4Th Stage of Vijayanagar. We are quite close to the Marimalappa Compound, which most locals know. Mysore is a big city but the 4th stage feels a bit separate from the main bustle. We started this agency because we liked the idea of helping people get around. It isn't a large operation. Usually, it's just one or two of us in the office handling the phones and the paperwork for the vehicles. The walls are a bit plain and we have a few old calendars hanging up. We don't spend much on making the place look modern. It is more about having a reliable spot where customers can come and talk to us face to face. Dealing with travel means things go wrong sometimes, like a flat tire or a closed road, so we spend a lot of time on our mobiles making sure everyone is okay. The area around the Marimalappa Compound is usually quiet, which is nice for work. We have a variety of people who use our services, from families going on a holiday to individuals needing a quick lift. We don't use any fancy booking systems, just a pen and a notebook mostly. It works for us. We just try to stay honest about the timing and the costs. That is how we have always done things here in Vijayanagar.
