Karnataka State Road Transport Corporation Reservation Counter

We run the KSRTC reservation counter over at Shop No.78/B on Vinaya Marga in Siddarthanagar. If you are looking for us, we are right across from the JSS Public School. It’s a pretty busy spot, especially in the mornings and afternoons when the school kids are around. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a regular counter where we handle bus bookings for the state transport. We have been here at this location for a good while, and most of the locals know where to find us. It’s a small shop, but we manage to fit everything we need inside. We spend our time checking schedules, issuing tickets, and answering questions about bus routes. It gets quite hectic during the festival seasons or when holidays are coming up, but that’s just the nature of the job. We don't have a big corporate team, just a few of us working the counter and making sure the printers are working. Sometimes the queue gets out the door, but we try to move as fast as we can without making mistakes. Working in Siddarthanagar is nice because it is a settled part of Mysore. We see the same parents and teachers every day. We don't do much marketing or anything; people just know we are here when they need to travel. It’s basic, practical work, and we are happy to be doing it right here on Vinaya Marga.
