Heritage International Travels

Our office is located at No.91 on Kalidasa Road in Vani Vilas Mohalla. We are right opposite the Bankok Maharastra building. It is a very busy street and there is always something going on outside our windows. We handle a lot of international travel stuff, which means dealing with passports, visas, and all those complicated flight connections. It can be a bit of a headache with all the rules changing all the time, but that is why we are here. We sit at our desks and try to make sense of it all for our customers. We aren't a huge corporation, just a few of us who have been in the travel business for years. The office is full of files and computers because that's what the job requires. People stop by to drop off documents or just to ask about the best time to visit some place overseas. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things sound more complicated than they are. We don't have any scripted sales pitches. If a visa process is going to take a long time, we tell people straight away so they aren't disappointed. It’s a practical way to run a business. Living and working in V V Mohalla is good because we get to see a lot of familiar faces. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing.
