Great Expeditions

Our office for Great Expeditions is at No. 2725 on 3rd Main in Vani Vilas Mohalla. This is a pretty well-known part of Mysore, and it has a nice atmosphere for a business like ours. We have been here for a while, and the neighborhood has changed a lot, but our little spot stays mostly the same. The office is located in a residential-looking building, which makes it feel a bit more personal and less like a cold corporate office. Inside, it’s just a few desks and maps on the walls. We handle a lot of travel planning, mostly for people who want to see things beyond just the usual tourist spots. It takes a lot of time to get all the details right, so we are often hunched over our screens or talking to people on the phone. We don’t have any fancy mission statements or big promises. We just like travel and we like helping people organize their trips. It’s not always perfect; sometimes bookings get complicated or plans change, but we just deal with it as it comes. The 3rd Main street is usually quiet, so it’s a good place to work without too much distraction. Most of our clients are locals from the Mohalla or people who have heard about us from friends. We prefer keeping it small and local because it allows us to focus on the work.
