Golden Birds Tours & Travel

Golden Birds Tours & Travel is out in Bogadi at No.1, New Kantharaju Urs Road. We are quite close to the Ring Road near Anand Nagar, so it’s easy for our cars to get out of the city without getting stuck in too much traffic. The office is a simple building with a big window facing the road. We usually have a few cars parked in the front or along the side street. Inside, it’s just a couple of desks, a computer that we use for the accounts, and a lot of notebooks. We have some maps of the local area pinned up, though they are getting a bit yellowed now. The Bogadi area has changed a lot lately with more buildings coming up, but it still feels a bit like the edge of town. We spend the mornings cleaning the cars and checking the tires before the first bookings start. It’s mostly just a few of us here, and we handle everything from taking the calls to telling the drivers where to go. There’s always a bit of dust coming in from the road, so we are constantly dusting off the desks. We don't use any fancy booking systems, just a lot of talking and making sure everyone knows the plan. It’s a practical way to run things and it seems to work out fine. We usually close up once the last car is confirmed for the next morning.
