Our office is located at No 184/A in the 1st Block of Kuvempunagar. It is a bit of a quieter spot compared to the center of Mysore, which we actually prefer. We handle all sorts of travel, including international trips which involves a lot of complicated paperwork. I spend a good chunk of my day dealing with visa requirements and flight connections. It is just a small local team here. We don't have a big fancy office with leather sofas. It is mostly just desks, computers, and stacks of folders. I usually have a cup of tea sitting next to my keyboard while I work through the morning emails. Since we are in the 570023 area, we get a lot of locals coming in who know us by name. It is nice to work in the same neighborhood where you live. Sometimes we have to stay late to call people in different time zones, but that is just part of the job. We try to be very careful with the details because even a small mistake on a ticket can cause a lot of trouble. We just talk to people plainly and tell them what is possible. No one here wears a suit, we just dress comfortably and get on with the bookings. It’s a busy life but we have been doing it for a long time now and we know the business well.
