You can find us over at house number 5 in Indrukh village. It's part of the Jamalpur block here in Munger. We go by Nirvan Urvarak Kisan Producer Company Limited. It's basically just a group of us who live and work around here. We decided to register this company because farming is getting more complicated every year. Honestly, we spend a lot of time just talking about what to plant next or where to get tools that actually last. It’s not a big office with glass walls or anything like that. Just a regular house where we keep our records and meet up after the day's work is finished. The heat in Munger can be something else, so we usually get things done early in the morning. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment yet, but we have each other. If you're coming from the main road, just look for Indrukh and ask for the kisan group. People know where we are. We're trying to figure out the best way to handle the harvest this year. Sometimes things go wrong, like a tractor breaking down or the market prices dropping when you least expect it. But that's just life for a farmer. We are just local people trying to make a living from the soil, one day at a time, without making things more complicated than they need to be. We are still learning how to handle all the bank stuff, but we are getting there slowly. It's about staying together.
