Beladihhfarms Jaivik Producer Company Limited

Our company, Beladihhfarms Jaivik Producer Company Limited, is set up in Shahpur village. We are part of the Beladih panchayat in the Tarapur block of Munger. It is a beautiful area, but the work is hard. Most of us here are focused on organic farming, which is what the "Jaivik" in our name is about. We don't have a polished marketing plan or anything like that. We just work from the village, specifically in Tola-Shahpur. It is a local effort, through and through. The office isn't much to look at, just a place to store our papers and meet up. We spend our days checking on the crops and making sure everything is grown the right way. Munger can be a tough place to get things moving sometimes because the roads aren't always great, but we manage. We aren't trying to be some huge company that doesn't know its workers. Everyone here is a neighbor. We talk about the rain, the pests, and the harvest every single day. It’s a very grounded way of living. We don't use fancy talk. If you come by Shahpur, you'll see us just doing our jobs in the fields or sitting under a tree discussing the next steps for the producer group. It is just real people doing real work in our own little corner of Bihar.
