The shop is at Borivali East 3 and it is one of those places where you can find just about any little accessory for a phone. We have been here for a while and have seen the phones get bigger and the chargers change every few years. Most of our space is taken up by displays of covers and tempered glass protectors. We spend a lot of time carefully peeling the plastic off screens and trying to get the bubbles out for customers. It is a bit of a fiddly job but we are used to it by now. The shop is quite narrow so when three people come in at once it feels very full. We have a small stool behind the counter where we sit when the street gets quiet. Borivali East is a nice area but it gets very crowded during the evening rush. We know a lot of the parents from the nearby school who come in because their kids broke their tablets again. We don't try to sell people things they don't need; we just show them what we have on the hooks. The ceiling fan wobbles a bit and makes a clicking sound but it works fine for us. We keep a box of old parts under the counter just in case someone comes in with a very old model that needs a specific battery. It is just a small local shop.
