Global The Telecom World

Our shop is called Global The Telecom World and we are in Bandra East. We are located at Shop 1 in the Highway Society in Kher Nagar. It is a busy little corner of the city. We have been here for a good amount of time, watching the buildings go up around us. The shop isn't very large, but we make use of every inch of shelf space we have. Most of our day is spent talking to people about their phones or fixing small issues that come up. It's mostly regular folks from the society and people passing through Kher Nagar. We have a small stool for customers to sit on while they wait, though most people just stand and chat. The noise from the highway is always there in the background, like a constant hum. We don't do any big marketing campaigns. We just put our sign out front and wait for people to come in. Sometimes we have a backlog of repairs, so the back counter gets a bit cluttered with parts and tools. It's a local business, through and through. We know when the tea man comes by and when the rain is going to start leaking near the front door. We just handle things as they come. It’s a lot of work keeping up with all the new gadgets, but we do our best to stay informed. Bandra East is a good place to be, even if it's always crowded. This is our daily life.
