Laxmi Teleshop

Laxmi Teleshop is situated in the Tilak Nagar area of Chembur. We have been in this spot for several years. It's a familiar corner for the people living in the colony. We started out mostly doing recharges and selling SIM cards back when that was the main thing people needed. Now, it's more about repairs and helping people figure out their smartphones. Technology changes fast, and we try to keep up, but sometimes it's a lot to learn. The shop is quite small, so we don't carry a huge amount of stock. We have the basics like cables, earphones, and some memory cards. It's mostly just me and a helper. We open early because people like to stop by before they head to the station. Chembur is a busy place, and Tilak Nagar has its own rhythm. We fit right into that. We don't have a big marketing plan or anything like that. We just open the shutters, sweep the floor, and wait for customers. If we can't fix something, we will tell you where else you might go. We don't like to waste anyone's time. It's a straightforward business. We appreciate the people who have been coming to us for years. They are more like neighbors than just customers to us. Sometimes we share a bit of news while they wait. That is how we like to run things.
