United Telecom

United Telecom is located at number 20 on Napean Sea Road. It is a nice part of the city, and we have been lucky to have a spot here for a long time. We aren't a big corporate store, just a local telecom shop that helps people with their connectivity needs. We sell phones, sure, but a lot of our work is helping folks with their plans, SIM cards, and general troubleshooting. Some of our customers have been living on this road for decades and they come to us because they trust we won't try to sell them something they don't need. The shop is quiet compared to some other parts of Mumbai, which we like. It gives us time to actually talk to people and understand what they need. We don't have a huge staff, just a couple of us who know the business well. We keep a selection of accessories like high-quality cables and cases that actually protect your phone. We don't go for the flashy stuff. We just want things that work. If someone comes in with a problem we can't solve, we try to point them in the right direction. It's about being helpful at the end of the day. We are usually here from mid-morning until the evening, just doing our part to keep the neighborhood connected. It is a steady business and we enjoy the people we meet every day.
