Zaid Furniture

Zaid Furniture is easy to find because we are right at 327/2615 in Goregaon West directly opposite the Bangur Nager Chowky. Being across from the police post means it is a pretty safe spot and everyone in the area knows exactly where we are located. Our workshop is usually a bit loud with the sound of saws and hammers going because we are always in the middle of making something for a customer. There is usually a layer of sawdust on the floor by lunch time but that is just part of the job when you are working with wood all day long. We have a small display area where you can see some of the things we have finished recently but it is not a big fancy showroom with bright lights and salesmen. It is just us and our tools trying to make things that people can actually use in their homes. We often have people just popping in to ask a quick question while they are walking past on the main road. The traffic in Goregaon can be a real headache sometimes so we usually stay pretty late until the roads clear up a bit. It is a bit of a messy environment but we know where everything is and we manage to get the orders out on time most of the week. It is a simple business run by people who like working with their hands.
