Zaibtan The Mobile Shop

We’re located over in the Chembur Colony area of Jogeshwari East, which is a bit of a mix of residential and small shops. It’s a lively spot to be. Our shop isn't anything special to look at from the outside, just a standard storefront with some mobile accessories hanging in the window. Inside, it’s usually me or my partner working on a tablet or a phone that someone dropped. We’ve got a lot of families living nearby, so we see a lot of kids coming in with broken screens. We try to keep our prices where the neighbors can afford them because we live around here too. The shop gets a bit cramped when more than three people are inside at once, so we often end up talking to customers out on the pavement. It’s a good way to keep up with what’s happening in the colony. We don’t have a website or anything like that; people just know where to find us. Sometimes the electricity goes out for an hour or two, and we just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. It’s a slow and steady life. We aren't looking to become a giant chain. We just like fixing things and helping out the folks who live in our corner of Jogeshwari. We’ve been here for a long time and the regulars have become more like friends than just customers who walk through the door.
