Youth Play Formance Llp

Youth Play Formance Llp is located right on the ground floor of 1/1, J K Bhasin Marg in GTB Nagar. Being in Mumbai, we’re right in the middle of a lot of noise and movement, but we like it that way. Our space is dedicated to youth and performance, so there’s usually a lot of activity going on. We don't have a big stage or a fancy lobby. It’s just a large room where we can get things done. We spend a lot of time moving chairs and equipment around to make space for whoever is coming in next. J K Bhasin Marg is a busy street, and we often see the same people walking past our windows every day. We aren't a big corporate theater school. We’re more of a local spot where kids can come and be themselves. We started this because we saw a lot of energy in the youth here and nowhere for them to put it. Most of our time is spent planning workshops or just making sure the space is safe and ready for use. It’s hard work and it gets quite warm in the afternoons, but we have our fans running. We don't use a lot of fancy words to describe what we do. We just open the doors and let the kids do their thing. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but that’s just part of the process here.
