Yogesh Computers

Our place is on the second floor of the Simlim Square Mall. We are at Shop 204, right above the Dreams and Plezer showroom. Being on Lamington Road in Grant Road means we are right in the thick of the computer market. It’s a different world once you step inside the mall. There are shops everywhere selling everything from high-end graphics cards to the smallest little wires. Our shop isn't huge, but the second floor is a bit quieter than the ground level. We still get plenty of people coming up the stairs or taking the lift. Most of our day is spent testing systems or helping people find the right hardware for their builds. We have components sitting on almost every flat surface. Sometimes it looks like a mess, but there’s a system to it. The mall can get quite stuffy when the air conditioning isn't working right, but we have our own fans. We’ve been here for a while and seen the mall change over the years. It’s a busy life, always keeping up with the latest parts coming out. We don't really do the big sales pitches. People usually come in knowing what they need, and we just help them get it. It’s a lot of standing and talking to people all day. By the time we close up, the street outside is still buzzing.
