We are located in Flat No 701, in the B1 Wing of Shurambh Hsg. Soc. Ltd. This is part of Phase II in Manpada, Thane West. It’s a residential complex, so it doesn't feel like a typical corporate environment. We like it that way because it’s a bit more relaxed. Sdb Cisco India Ltd has been operating out of this flat for a while. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is out, but that doesn't happen too often. From the seventh floor, we get a decent view of the surroundings. Inside, we’ve converted the space into a workspace that fits our needs. There are desks squeezed into the rooms and a lot of cables running along the walls. We’re in the 400016 pin code area, which is a growing part of Thane. There are plenty of new shops and cafes opening up around Manpada, so there’s always somewhere new to get a coffee or lunch. Most of us live fairly close by, so the commute isn't too bad. We start our day around the usual time and stay until the work is finished. It’s a small operation here, so everyone knows exactly what needs to be done without being told. We don’t have a big reception area or a lobby. If you come by, you just ring the bell like you would at a friend's house. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We focus on getting things done without any fuss or extra noise.
