Yashwant Keshav Karkera

We are over at Borivali West, specifically in the Shree Balwant Apartment. It is building A, flat 20 on the fourth floor. Yashwant Keshav Karkera has been here for quite some time now. Borivali is always busy, but our corner here in the apartment stays mostly quiet except for the usual neighborhood sounds. It is just a regular place where work happens every day. People sometimes find it hard to navigate the wings, but once you find A wing, it is easy. The stairs are there, and the lift works most of the time. We do not have any big signs or flashy lights outside. It is just a home turned into a workspace where things get done. The neighborhood has changed a lot over the years, with new shops popping up and more traffic on the main road. But inside Shree Balwant Apartment, things feel a bit more old-school and steady. We usually start our day early when the sun hits the balcony. Most of the people around here know us by name. It is not some fancy corporate office with a front desk. You just come in, say hello, and we deal with whatever needs doing. Sometimes the mail gets mixed up with the neighbors, but we all sort it out. It is just how things go in a residential building like this. We like the pace here. It is not too fast, not too slow. Just right for how Yashwant Keshav Karkera operates.
