Finance Industry Development Council

We are based in Ghatkopar East, specifically in the Sunflower building on Rajawadi Road. This is the office for the Finance Industry Development Council. It’s not a bank or a consultancy, but more of a place where we handle the broader aspects of the finance industry. We have rooms 101 and 103, where we spend most of our time organizing meetings and keeping records. Mumbai is a huge hub for finance, and being in Ghatkopar keeps us connected to both the city and the suburbs. The office is usually filled with papers, reports, and people coming in for discussions about industry standards. We don't do any direct selling or individual financial planning. Our work is more about the administrative side of things and helping the industry grow in a balanced way. The Sunflower building is a nice enough spot, though parking on Rajawadi Road can be a real challenge sometimes. We have a small staff who handles the daily mail and coordinates with various members across Maharashtra. It’s a quiet, professional environment without being too stiff. We just try to be a helpful point of contact for anyone involved in the financial sector. Most of what we do is behind-the-scenes stuff that helps keep the industry moving along. It’s steady work and we take it seriously, even if the office feels a bit lived-in. We have been here for a good while and the location suits us well.
