Our office is a bit tucked away behind the Tejpal Auditorium. The address has a weird number, 0.333333333333333, near Masjid 41St Cross, 9Th Block, 25 A Main. We are on the ground floor of Surya Kiran Chambers. It sounds a bit complicated when you read it out, but if you find the auditorium, you are basically there. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with stairs or elevators. Basic Financial Serveces is just a small team of us working through accounts and numbers all day. The office gets a lot of natural light in the morning, which makes it a pleasant place to sit. We have been in Surya Kiran Chambers for a bit now and the other tenants are friendly enough. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy when there is an event at Tejpal Auditorium, but we just close the windows and carry on. We have a few cabinets full of folders and a couple of computers that have seen better days. It is a humble setup. We don't use big words or try to act like a big bank. We just handle the financial services for the people who come to see us. It is honest work and we like the neighborhood. People often drop by just because they were passing the masjid or the crossroad. We just keep our heads down and do the work as it comes to us. It’s a simple life.
