Yash Ayurved

We are located at Shop No 6 in Rajashree Villa, right in Bhandup West. Our little shop is near National College, so we see a lot of students and teachers walking by every day. Yash Ayurved is where we keep all our traditional herbs, oils, and powders. The shop has a very specific smell, like dry roots and sandalwood, which I’ve gotten used to over the years. We aren't a big modern clinic or anything like that. It’s just a small space with wooden cupboards full of jars and packets. People come in asking about things for their hair or their digestion, and we show them what we have on the shelves. Bhandup is a busy place, especially on L M Road, and sometimes the noise from the traffic is a bit much. We’ve been here for a long time, near the Gangubai Amre Chawl, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. We don't do any flashy marketing or have big neon signs. Most of our customers come because their parents or neighbors told them about us. It’s a slow and steady way of working. We spend time explaining how to use the different oils or how to mix the powders. It’s a simple life in this shop, and we like being the place where people come for their traditional remedies. It's usually quiet except for the college kids talking outside. We try to keep our jars filled and the shelves dusted as best as we can.
