You can find us at Shop No.3 in Laxmi Palace, right on S.V. Road in Borivali West. It is a very busy area, especially with Sony Mony being so close by. People are always rushing past on the sidewalk. Our shop is one of those small spots that has been part of the neighborhood for a good while. We deal with Ayurvedic products and agencies, so the shelves are usually packed with all sorts of bottles and packets. It smells a bit like herbs and dried plants when you walk in. The space is a bit tight, especially when we get a big delivery and have to stack boxes in the corner. We don’t really bother with big advertisements. Most people who come here are locals or folks who have heard about us from someone else. The traffic on S.V. Road never seems to stop, and sometimes it’s hard to hear each other over the honking cars. We spend our days talking to customers, explaining what we have on the shelves, and keeping track of what needs to be reordered. It is just a small team of us here. Laxmi Palace is an older building, and our shop has its quirks, like the door that sticks a bit in the monsoon. We just take things as they come and try to get the work done right. It’s a simple life in a crowded part of Mumbai and we just keep the doors open for anyone who needs us.
