Our office is tucked away on the 5th floor of Sushil Apartment in Kandivali West. We are located near the 20th Cross and 9th Main. It’s a bit of a climb if the lift is acting up, but usually, it’s a quiet place to sit down and look at numbers. Financial advising sounds like it should be done in a glass skyscraper, but we prefer being here in a regular apartment building. It makes the whole process feel a lot less intimidating for the people who come to see us. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist in a suit. You just come up to the 5th floor and we sit around a simple table to talk things through. Most of our day is spent looking at charts and keeping track of market changes, but we try to explain things in plain English. There’s no point in using big words if it just confuses people. We’ve been in Kandivali West for a while and we’ve seen the neighborhood grow and change. It’s a good place to be based because it’s easy for our clients to reach us. We aren't a big firm with hundreds of employees. It’s a small operation where we know everyone’s name and their specific situation. We just focus on the facts and try to give honest advice based on what we see in the data.
