Xtreme Interior Architectural

Our office is in the Hillview Building over in Majaswadi, which is part of Jogeshwari East in Mumbai. We are right near the RMGP Colony. It’s a pretty lively area and there’s always something happening outside. Xtreme Interior Architectural is where we spend most of our time thinking about how to fix up rooms and buildings. It sounds a bit fancy but mostly it’s just a lot of measuring, drawing, and talking to contractors. We aren't a huge firm with hundreds of employees. It's just a handful of us who like making spaces look a bit better than they did before. Mumbai is a crowded city, so we spend a lot of time trying to figure out how to fit everything into small rooms. It’s a bit like a puzzle sometimes. We don't have a polished showroom or anything like that. We mostly just have samples of tiles and wood lying around the office. People come in with their ideas and we try to see if we can make them work without spending a fortune. It's practical work. We deal with the usual Mumbai issues like the rains and the traffic just like everyone else. We’ve been in this building for a while and the neighbors know us. We just keep doing our things, one project at a time, and hope for the best. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we just take the stairs. It’s all part of the daily routine here.
