We are tucked away in the Bhandup Industrial Estate, right off S V Road in Andheri West. It’s a bit of an industrial area, so it’s not the quietest place to work, but it suits us just fine. Being near the Deewan spot makes it easy for people to find us once they know where to turn. We do a mix of things here, from the actual structure of a building to the small details inside like the paint colors and where the lamps go. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything. The team is small, and we all know each other’s habits by now. There’s always a pile of site reports on someone’s desk and probably some dust from the latest samples we brought in. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone to answer the phones with a scripted greeting. If you call, you’ll just talk to one of us who is probably busy drawing something. We like it that way. It keeps things honest. Some projects are big and take years, while others are just small renovations that we finish in a few weeks. Every day is different, and we just try to keep up with the pace of Andheri. It’s a fast-moving part of town, so we stay busy. It’s hard work, but seeing a building actually get finished makes the long hours worth it.
