We’re located over in Dadar East, on the first floor of Arudh Nivas at Plot N. It’s a central spot, which makes it easier for us to get around to different parts of the city when we need to check on a job. DNA Architects and Interior Designers is a bit of a mouthful, so we just think of ourselves as a group of people who like to build and decorate. We handle the whole process, from the first sketch to picking out the curtains. It keeps us busy, that's for sure. The office is usually humming with the sound of computers and people talking over each other. We don’t have a strictly professional vibe; it’s more like a workshop where everyone is pitching in. There are piles of tile samples and catalogs all over the place. Sometimes it’s hard to find a clear spot on the table to eat lunch. We’ve had some long nights here when a project is due, drinking way too much coffee and double-checking every single measurement. Dadar is a busy place, and being at Arudh Nivas means we're right in the middle of it all. We don't do much advertising. Most people find us because they saw a house we did or a shop we designed. We just try to do honest work and let the buildings speak for themselves. It’s a lot of responsibility, but we enjoy the challenge of it.
