Della Tecnica Interior Design Pvt Ltd is located in Rati Villa, which is on Motibai Street in the Tardeo area of Mumbai. We are right opposite Bhatia Hospital, so that is the easiest way to find us if you are in the neighborhood. Tardeo is a busy part of South Mumbai, and Rati Villa is one of those buildings that has been around for quite a while. Our office is a practical space where we handle all our interior design work. It’s often cluttered with material samples, fabric swatches, and piles of drawings. We don't try to keep it perfectly tidy because it’s a place where we actually work. The 400034 area is full of life. You can hear the ambulances going to the hospital and the general chaos of Mumbai traffic outside. It’s a grounded place to work from. We aren't in a shiny glass skyscraper; we are in a real building with character. We spend our days discussing layouts and checking on orders. Most of us have been here long enough that the commute and the local tea stall are just part of the furniture. We don't have a fancy mission statement or a list of corporate values on the wall. We just have our desks and the work we are doing for the people who hire us. It is a straightforward operation in a very old and busy part of the city that we call home.
